Hooray, you’ve booked your 5 minute photo shoot! So, now what?

WEATHER:
The week of your photo shoot, please know I will be watching the weather closely. If questionable weather is in the forecast, I do send out an email to those booked with updated weather plans which would include back up plans in the event of rescheduling. If you are scheduled for a morning shoot, I generally err on the side of caution and will reschedule the night before if it’s forecasted to rain. If you are scheduled for an evening shoot, I do prefer to keep an eye on the sky that day and if the need to reschedule arises I will contact everyone directly via text.
**Please note, if we are under a TORNADO WATCH, regardless of skies I will reschedule.
LOCATION DIRECTIONS AND MEET UP INFO:
I email everyone scheduled for their photo shoot the day before with the address and directions of where we are meeting for photos. I always wait until the day before so I can get the most accurate weather forecast and in the event of last minute additions to the schedule. If you need something ahead of time, feel free to email me for the info but know that I will still be emailing everyone the day before. You’ll also get the auto reminders from Square as well in the form of email and text.
POST SESSION DELIVERY OF IMAGES:
After our shoot, within approx 2-3 weeks, I will email you a link to a private, password protected gallery of images selected by me for you to download, keep and use however you wish. Remember these are the best images of my choosing, so there is no selection process and you just get to kick back and delight in the beautiful images of you and your lovely loves. All images sent are completely retouched by hand, each and every one. If there are additional edits or altercations requested, a fee of $10 per image MAY be required however it really depends on the request which I discuss with any client requesting.
REFUND/CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY:
All sessions are non-refundable but you may reschedule your session anytime using my online scheduler. If you need to cancel your session but do not see a date on the schedule that works for you, we can keep your session on file as a credit for up to a year from date of purchase (not date of original session booked). You can gift your session to another client or sell it to them however that remains between you and another and I just need to be updated on whose attending the session. Sick kids happen, and if you need to cancel the day of the shoot please give me advance notice and we’ll get you rescheduled.
If you no-show your session, you forfeit your session and it will not be rescheduled, you would need to book a new appointment.
