While my preset Spring dates for blossom photos at Loose Park did not line up with Spring’s bloom timing and my logistics, I was able to schedule several families one per week night over the last couple weeks before the blooms faded. I don’t typically do mini sessions one at a time, but we are temporarily living in Overland Park while our house is being built in Gardner and I found the perfect spot literally right down the street! I loved being able to take advantage of this sweet row of trees right off 133rd Street that I normally would not be able to do with coordinating several families
Katie & fam are expecting a new baby girl soon and their session was just darling. The light was amazing, 2 year old big brother did amazing (and evenings with a 2 year old are always hit or miss! I know, my daughter is 2!), and honestly I just adored their connection with one another! These are not all the photos they received (I tend to overshoot when the light is this perfect) but here are my faves, a great variety! Big brother was done by the time I tried to get individual photos of just him (he’s fast!) but he didn’t mind photobombing big sis! =) And in total transparency, this photo shoot didn’t take 5 minutes. It took 10. So if you are looking for more variety in your photos, many people book two sessions back to back to have more time and get more images while still staying affordable. It’s a win-win! =)

ALL 5 minute mini sessions are just $80 + tax and INCLUDE a minimum 5-8 high resolution digital images (usually more!) made available to you via digital download approx 2 weeks after your session.
